MetaFill Pro is a web-based tool that allows users to view and edit image metadata (EXIF, IPTC, and XMP data) directly in their browser. We offer both a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

• Free tier: Process up to 10 images per session
• Pro tier ($5/month): Unlimited image processing, bulk editing, and priority support

3. Your Content & Privacy

Your images are processed entirely within your browser. We do not upload, store, or access your image files on our servers. You retain full ownership of all images and metadata you process using MetaFill Pro.

By using our service, you confirm that you have the right to edit the metadata of the images you upload, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MetaFill Pro to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our service
• Use automated tools to abuse our free tier limits
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our service

5. Pro Subscription & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed at $5.00 USD per month. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your first charge.
• Price changes: We will notify subscribers at least 14 days before any price changes take effect.

6. Advertising

MetaFill Pro displays advertisements served by Google AdSense on the free tier. These ads help us keep the free service running. Pro subscribers may see fewer or no ads. We do not control the specific ads displayed and are not responsible for their content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MetaFill Pro, including the tool itself, design, code, logos, and text, is owned by MetaFill Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MetaFill Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate for all image formats and use cases.

Always keep backups of your original images before editing metadata. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of our tool.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaFill Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to MetaFill Pro for any user who violates these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MetaFill Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
