Are my images uploaded to your servers?
No. All image processing happens entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your computer and are never sent to our servers.
What image formats are supported?
MetaFill Pro supports JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and TIFF formats for metadata editing.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your PayPal account under "Payments" → "Manage automatic payments". Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Just email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll process your refund right away.
What is the free tier limit?
The free tier allows you to process up to 10 images per session. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited image processing.
