How to Request a Refund

Email us within 7 days

Send an email to redamoujahad@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include your PayPal email

Let us know the email address associated with your PayPal payment so we can locate your transaction.

We process it within 48 hours

We'll confirm your refund by email and process it through PayPal. Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days.

Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of your first Pro subscription charge.
Refund requests after 7 days are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Subscription renewals (month 2+) are generally non-refundable, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments. Cancellation stops future billing. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund — please contact us separately if you also want a refund.
